Disclaimers
Geofix AB makes the following disclaimers regarding purchases made via our webshop, by phone, or email.
Please note that price information and content such as text and product images on our webshop are preliminary. Final binding information and pricing will be provided by our order handlers after you have accepted our general terms and received a final order confirmation by email.
If price or product information on our website is incorrect, and you knew or should have known this, the stated price or information will not apply to the purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible. We appreciate being informed of any incorrect information in our webshop.
We also reserve the right to adjust for product changes and price modifications from manufacturers or suppliers that may have occurred after the product was published in our webshop. In these cases, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We always aim to offer the customer an alternative or other form of compensation.
Important Information for International Customers
Your order confirmation from the webshop will include Swedish VAT (moms). Please disregard this – the VAT will be adjusted when the order is entered into our invoicing system.
Our freight charges apply only to deliveries within Sweden. Please contact us for more information.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after you have received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear and unambiguous notice to Geofix AB (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). Withdrawal forms are available for download from the Swedish Consumer Agency’s website.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your message regarding your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Payment Methods
We offer the following payment methods:

Invoice. See invoice rules below.

Cash on delivery (COD). A fee of SEK 120 + VAT will be added.

Prepayment. You may pay in advance to our bankgiro: 298-4169.
Invoice Customers
Business customers: Registered and approved business customers* may pay by invoice with 30 days net. A credit check is performed for each purchase.
Private customers: Registered and approved private customers* may pay by invoice with 10 days net. A credit check is performed for each purchase.
All new customers placing orders over SEK 5,000 excluding VAT must pay by COD or prepayment.
* Registered and approved customers are those who have previously purchased from us and fulfilled their payment obligations.
Retention of Title
Ownership of the sold goods remains with Geofix AB until full payment has been made. The customer does not have the right to transfer or resell the goods before full payment has been completed. If the customer fails to comply with the payment terms, Geofix AB reserves the right to reclaim the goods.
Assignment of Claims: Geofix AB reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under this agreement.
Financing
Financing for business customers: For orders exceeding SEK 20,000, financing or leasing options are available through our partnership with Wasa Kredit.
Warranty
We offer warranties in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
Always retain your receipt or invoice, as it must be presented for the warranty to apply.
Geofix AB reserves the right to repair or replace the item during the warranty period.
The warranty applies under normal usage.
Always contact us before initiating a warranty claim.
Personal Data Processing
Personal data submitted during order registration is treated confidentially and used solely to ensure correct delivery. No data is shared with third parties without the customer's consent, in accordance with the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL).
Effect of Exercising Right of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except additional costs due to your choice of delivery method other than our standard option).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we were notified of your decision to withdraw.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have agreed otherwise.
In any case, the refund will be free of charge – provided the product has been returned to us in unused and undamaged condition.
Instructions for Completing the Withdrawal Form

The following phrases must be filled in, depending on your purchase type:

a) For a single purchase: “when you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the goods.”

b) For multiple items ordered in one purchase but delivered separately: “when you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last item.”

c) For goods consisting of multiple lots or pieces: “when you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last lot or piece.”

d) For regular deliveries over a period of time: “when you or a third party other than the carrier, and indicated by you, takes physical possession of the first delivery.”

You must enter your name, geographic address, and if applicable, your phone number, fax number, and email address.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having returned them, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
