Rental Terms

Competence

Customers who rent or borrow equipment from Geofix AB must possess the necessary competence to use the equipment. Geofix is not responsible for any errors or damages that occur to the customer’s or any third party’s property in connection with the rental or loan of equipment.

Rental Costs

Start fee: 5 days × the equipment’s daily rental rate.
This is the minimum number of rental days charged, even if the equipment is rented for a shorter period (1–4 days).
From the 6th day onward, the rental cost is based on the equipment’s daily rate until the equipment has been returned to one of our rental depots.
The rental customer is also charged for rental during the transport time to and from their company. The final rental day is the day the equipment returns to our rental depot from the customer.

Shipping Costs and Rental Periods

The equipment can be rented by business customers throughout Sweden. We ship via DHL. The round-trip shipping cost is paid by the rental customer.

Return of Rental Equipment

The equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered. Please use the same protective packaging as used during delivery.
In the event of damage or loss of any part of the rental or loaned equipment, the rental/loan customer will be charged the cost of repair or replacement of the missing parts.
Upon return, Geofix will inspect the equipment. Any discrepancies will be reported to the customer, who will then be invoiced for repairs and any other necessary actions to restore the item to its original condition.
