With thin, easily replaceable, cutting pulley and 4 needle-bearing and stainless rollers equipped with grooves for cutting close to the collar. The cutter has a constant length even in the fully open position. Retractable and removable protractor tool. Extra cutting pulley is included, stored in the handle.
