Shipping

A shipping fee is applied to each order. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

Order before 12:00pm (midday) Monday to Friday for Next Working Day Delivery.

Our standard delivery service typically takes 1–3 working days.

Please note that larger, heavier or oversized items may incur additional delivery charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

The delivery times above are based on the shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Geofix is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information. Additional charges may apply if an address needs to be amended after dispatch or if delivery has to be rearranged.

To help ensure successful delivery, we recommend providing a full physical street address. If you require delivery to a location without a standard postal address, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise on the best delivery option.


Returns / Exchanges

tems must be unused and returned in their original packaging, where applicable. Once your returned item has been received, inspected and approved, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement product.

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.


Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect item or if any items are missing from your order, please notify us within 10 days of the invoice date. Please refer to our Contact Us page for our contact details.


Transport Damage

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. Any damage in transit must be reported immediately to both the delivery carrier and Geofix. Check that the goods are undamaged and that the number of packages received matches the delivery documentation.


Unclaimed Packages

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or delivery could not be completed, we reserve the right to charge the original delivery cost plus a handling fee before the order is re-dispatched or refunded.
